Plan to Hire Charge
The Plan to Hire fee of $20 will be credited toward the money owed to Dental Assist, based on the dental staff member used and hours worked, to be invoiced to the office the day after the assignment is completed and due to Dental Assist net 30. (The other $20 charge is an access to information fee and is non-refundable.) The Office agrees to give the hour(s), date(s), and personnel data to Dental Assist directly after initiating contact with said personnel. The Office agrees to contact Dental Assist, immediately, if these hour(s) and/or date(s) change with the reason for the change(s). The Office agrees to pay Dental Assist 30% of the hourly rate of the employee (based on the published Pay Grades) minus $20 in 30 days or less. The Office agrees to pay the dental staff member (based on the published Pay Grades) the day the assignment is completed and before the staff member leaves the office.
