Dental professionals are provided employment opportunities, and dental offices are provided the opportunity to view dental staff availability. Dental Assist is a ‘one-stop shop’ eliminating the need to search multiple social media pages or other posting sites.
Dental Assist provides a platform that enables dental professionals and dental offices the ability to connect with each other. Once vetted, dental professionals post their employment availability on a calendar. Dental Offices can view these calendars and contact the dental staff member for employment opportunities.
I worked as a dental assistant for over 10 years. My experiences helped me to understand the importance of reliability, teamwork, and professionalism among many other attributes. I worked as an office manager for approximately 4 years. I was responsible, among other duties, for acquiring talent and terminating staff members. The experience helped me to understand the importance of finding the staff member who would be the best fit for an office.
Dental Assist only works with professional staff members. A breach in the policies results in the termination of the association between staff member and Dental Assist.
Dental Assist guarantees that all dental personnel have been interviewed and references have been checked. Other guarantees are outlined in the Agreement between the dental offices and Dental Assist.
Dental Assist can provide a Background Check and a drug screening if an office requires these at the expense of the office. Dental Assist can provide an office with CPR training; consultation services for assessing marketing needs, office enhancements, personnel assessments, team building workshops, and a SWOT analysis, etc
